KPLR-TV News Anchor, Rick Edlund, left his hometown of Kansas City to become a sportswriter, attending Northwestern University's prestigious Medill School of Journalism. It was there that he found his niche in television news. In 2003, the award-winning broadcaster joined KPLR-TV News, as Anchor and Managing Editor. Here, he has franchised the "Open Cases" series of reports. Working with officials and investigators, he probes unsolved police cases, with the goal of assisting in their completion.

A true "news junkie," Melanie Moon can't imagine doing anything else but report and anchor news for KPLR-TV. This award-winning journalist joined the team in 2000, as a reporter and has contributed as weeknight anchor and weekend anchor, the position she currently holds. She has been recognized four times by the Associated Press for her investigative reporting. She is most proud of her series of reports on child abductions.

Rich Gould's passion for sports is what led him to pursue a career as a sports broadcaster. He is currently the Sports Director at CW11 News. As Sports Director, Rich produces sportscasts for the 9pm news and coordinates and schedules assignments for the Sports Reporters.

John Fuller came to St. Louis in June of 1983. He has the longest stretch of forecasting weather in St. Louis than any other TV meteorologist. John earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Meteorology from The Pennsylvania State University in May of 1975. Fuller's first job in his field was with the Michigan Department of Natural Resources, Air Quality Division as an Air Pollution Meteorologist.

A curious nature and a love of meeting new people drew KPLR-TV News reporter Michelle Anselmo into the field of journalism. She joined the station's newsroom in 2000 as the Weekend Assignment Desk Editor and Associate Producer. She began reporting full time in 2002.

The St. Louis Post-Dispatch and the St. Louis Journalism Review have recognized Jeff numerous times for his outstanding reporting. He is a St. Louis native who feels fortunate to anchor and report the news in the city he knows best.

"The Fan Show" on KPLR-TV is what brought Kurt LaBelle back to his hometown of St. Louis. Kurt was hired in March 2006 as the producer of the new Sunday night sports show. His responsibilities include producing the shows, assisting the sports team with stories for the show and reporting for "The Fan Show." Kurt also reports and serves as fill-in anchor for the KPLR-TV sports team on the 9:00 late night news.

A member of the CW 11 News team for nearly 30 years, and has worn many hats throughout her broadcasting career. She has been a Weathercaster, News Anchor, General Assignment Reporter, and she is currently working as a Feature Reporter, three days a week.

With over 15 years of television experience, Kelley Hoskins joined KPLR-TV in May 2003, as Assignment Editor. In early 2006 she added part time reporting to her duties.
